Jessica Hart, a four-year member of the competition cheering squad, was named the Senior Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year at the Westfield State College sports banquet on May 8.
The prestigious academic award is given annually to the senior female student-athlete who achieves the highest cumulative grade point average during her four years at Westfield State.
