The Owl Club, the fundraising arm of Westfield State College athletics, has secured 100 tickets to the Boston Red Sox game on Patriots’ Day, April 19.
Owl Club members get first preference to buy tickets to the game. If you have made a gift to the Owl Club in this Fiscal Year (since July 1, 2009) you’re eligible for the advance sale. Tickets are $40 each for a bleacher seat, which includes all service charges and a small additional gift to support Westfield State athletics. Purchases are limited to two seats per member in order to allow access to as many Owl Club supporters as possible.
If you would like to become a member of the Owl Club, or need to renew your gift, you can do so online at westfieldalumni.org/owlclub. By making a gift online, you’re eligible for the early ticket purchase window.

Any unsold tickets will be available to the college’s alumni population. Starting at 10am on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, please call Tickets-for-Charity at 866-567-4576 to purchase your tickets. Each alumnus may purchase up to 2 tickets. This is verified by giving the company your class year.
The Patriots’ Day game is a long standing New England tradition. The Red Sox game begins at 11 a.m., and is timed that fans leaving the game can see the Boston Marathon runners pass through Kenmore Square. The Red Sox host the Tampa Bay Rays this season.
