Lee, Warsame Compete at Tufts National Qualifier Meet

Lee placed fourth in the women’s triple jump with a top mark of 11.36 meters, and seventh in the long jump at 5.16 meters.

WESTFIELD, Mass.    –  Westfield State's Eliza Lee and Ali Warsame competed at the Tufts National Qualifier meet on Saturday in an attempt to improve their standing on the national performance lists.

Lee placed fourth in the women's triple jump with a top mark of 11.36 meters, and seventh in the long jump at 5.16 meters. 

While neither mark improved on her season bests, Lee currently sits in the 33rd spot in the triple jump on the national indoor performance list.

Warsame placed fifth in the men's triple jump with a best mark of 13.36 meters, and sixth in the long jump at 6.58 meters
