Bio

Wesley Jackson enters his ninth season with the Westfield State University Men’s basketball program for the 2025–26 season.

Coach Jackson plays an integral role in the success of the Owls, with primary responsibilities in recruiting, academic support, player development, and day-to-day operations. He has been a key contributor to the team’s rise to the top of the MASCAC, helping lead the program to multiple conference championships and NCAA tournament appearances during his tenure.

In addition to his role at Westfield State, Jackson serves as the Executive Director of the South End Community Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he also co-directs the SECC All-Stars AAU Basketball Program. Under his leadership, the AAU program has produced over 100 All-Western Mass selections, four Lahovich Trophy winners, and helped more than 50 student-athletes advance to play collegiate basketball. Jackson is also the Athletic Director at Baystate Academy Charter Public School in Springfield.

A passionate advocate for education and youth development, Jackson holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy from Bay Path University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
