Men’s Golf Fifth at Bull’s Bridge
Jackson Rocco posted the low score for the Owls at 84 to finish 15th overall.
WESTFIELD, Mass. – Men's golf finished fifth in the Battle at Bull's Bridge from South Kent, Conn. on Tuesday afternoon.
Jackson Rocco (Dennis, Mass.) finished 15th individually, carding an 84. Nathan Copetas (Maynard, Mass.) had the second lowest score for the Owls, shooting an 89.
Westfield State had a combined team score of 362. Hartford won the match by posting a 305 (+17), followed by Wentworth (318) and Albertus Magnus (328).
Situated in the hills of scenic Litchfield County in northwestern Connecticut, Bull's Bridge is a Tom Fazio design named after a nearby historic wooden covered bridge. With terrific views of the surrounding Berkshire foothills, the course features downhill tee shots that showcase the tumbling terrain and expansive backdrop.
Today's match wraps up the fall slate for Owls golf and will resume action in the spring season.
