Isabella Zeppa scored 21.25 points, winning two individual events and one relay to lead Westfield State to a 145-125 win over Simmons College on Sunday. Zeppa's 50 freestyle time was just 84/100ths off of the school record.
The Owls won six of the individual events, and the 200 free relay to close the meet.
Kiera Fallon topped the 1000 freestyle, Emily Donatio topped the 200 back, Emily Rogers hit the wall first in the 200 breaststroke, and Jackie Roccabruna was first in the 500 freestyle.
With the win over the Sharks, Westfield improves to 3-2 on the season in dual meet competitions this season. The Owls will be back in action next Saturday, October 8, with a meet at Gordon College with Western New England.D
