Bio
Coach Gagnon brings over a decade of coaching experience and a lifelong passion for both gymnastics and diving to the Owls diving program.
A former collegiate athlete and graduate of Elms College, she has personally competed in both sports, giving her a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of the athlete’s perspective.
Coaching diving at Westfield since 2023, Coach Gagnon draws on 10 years of gymnastics coaching to help divers develop exceptional body control, spatial awareness, and confidence on the board. She is dedicated to building a supportive, disciplined, and growth-oriented team culture where student-athletes can thrive in and out of the pool.
