Nick Brown Receives MASCAC Honors
First-year midfielder Nick Brown earns the MASCAC rookie of the week

Westfield, Mass. – Westfield State first-year midfielder Nick Brown (Southwick, Mass.) earned the MASCAC rookie of the week after recording a goal and an assist in the Owls 3-3 draw against Fitchburg State over the weekend. Brown opened the scoring in the 19th minute and assisted in the equalizing goal to position the Owls in a tie.
On the season, Brown leads the team in goals (4), assists (3), and points (11).
The Owls will finish the regular season on the road against Salem State on Saturday at 12:00 P.M.
